Gayle Harte has more than 30 years of experience making chocolate. She has nearly as many as proprietor of her own highly successful chocolate business, where she hand-makes all products - truffles, bars, molded novelty items, and more - from premium ingredients. Her company, Gayle?s Chocolates, has two locations in Detroit, including the Detroit Metro Airport. Gayle is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her BA in English. Her penchant for education has translated well to her role as a chocolatier, as she frequently teaches her craft, enlightening her students with her easy and friendly instruction.
