I'm Gayle Harte, and I'm eager to show you how to make chocolate truffles so delicious, and so beautiful, your friends and family will swear you must have bought them from the fanciest chocolate boutique around. Won't they be surprised when they find out you hand-made them in your very own kitchen! I have spent more than 30 years working with chocolate, and I love teaching chocolate almost as much as I love making it and eating it. That's why I'm so excited to be teaching this completely free online Craftsy class, Dipped, Dusted & Rolled: Handmade Chocolate Truffles.

This unique class can be the secret to anyone's chocolate success! I will show you how easy it can be to make these bite-sized desserts from start to finish. You'll create chocolate truffles laced with a variety of delightful flavors such as raspberry and coffee. And I'll give you the key to the things that most people assume are scary, but are actually so simple to perfect, such as tempering. I'll even show you the perfect packaging and presentation because, let me tell you, chocolate truffles make an incredible gift!

Of course, as the teacher, I'm here to answer all your questions as you go. You can watch the six lessons as many times you want, whenever it's convenient for your schedule. It's worth telling you again that it's completely free. I'd love to meet you, and I'm so thrilled to have the opportunity to teach you! Enroll now and I'll help you make truffles like a master chocolatier!

Thank you so much these techniques are invaluable to me! I have a recipe for truffle centers that are dairy free and I can't wait to try them out now that you have taught me how to temper the chocolate for dipping. I was so impressed with the decorating and finishing portion of the class, who would have thought it was so easy to make them so beautiful! I have always wondered how you got those beautiful lacy strings, and now because of your class I know! I used this class in my home school with ...
