I am so excited to be here at Craftsy to share my adaptations of traditional cheese making techniques with you. In my online Craftsy class, Artisan Cheese Making: Chevre, Mozzarella & Cheddar, learn how to create a goat's milk cheese, a stretched cheese, and an aged cheese. We'll begin by choosing the very best ingredients. After all, great cheese starts with great ingredients and techniques. Then, I teach basic cheese making skills such as curd formation, draining, pressing, ripening, shaping and more! From there, learn how to embellish, coat, and age your cheese. By the end of this class (with a bit more time allotted for aging), you will have three delicious cheeses that are sure to impress your friends and family!
