  1. I would like to see you do a survey on how to improve the classes. Maybe you have and I missed it… anyway, I think some of the presenters are absolutely terrific and a few are like deer in the headlights who say “um” and “uh” between every other word. More experience? Better coaching? More retakes? I’m here for the content but a good delivery makes it entertaining as well as educational. Thank you – I really do value the Craftsy platform.

  3. I agree with the comments, it would be nice to have a survey or feedback option after each class, or even each lesson. Just a short checkbox popup on the sidebar or something.
In some of the classes your camera man and sound guys desperately need replacing or more training. It’s often that sound is cutting out or too low. Many of the “mistakes” I see can be easily fixed post-filming, however they are not. Further more I have noticed that sometimes the “helpful” popup box in video that summarises a teachers point will actually cover the table and what they are explaining…
As for the lighting, in most cases it’s actually been perfect the who way through.
