I trade my Santas from December to Snowmen in January/February /and March. It depends on the snow outside. They were from a panel and I eventually decided to make cut each rectangle out and surround them with a lovely green snowflake fabric. 4 placemats and a tabletopper. Another item removed from my stash…..:)

My mom loves snowmen. I made her a snowman table runner a few years ago, not the same one pictured here, which fit her table but when she put the leaves in it for the family Christmas it was obviously too short. I came across the snowman table runner shown here a few months ago and thought about making it for her but the idea was put on the back burner. About a week before we were to have our family gathering my mom sends me an email about the table runners she’s seen on Pinterest. Thinking she meant the one shown here I ran to the fabric store to get ivory and a backing fabric. I made it twelve snowmen long, instead of the six the pattern calls for, and finished it in four days. I gave it to her a few days before the gathering so she could put it on her table. I fits perfectly from end to end and she loves it!
